Pohlad Family Foundation Other Community Grants
The Pohlad Family Foundation budgets a small amount of grant funds to assist nonprofit organizations with specific fund development and management improvement projects. Guidelines for these requests follow.
Qualified Organizations. Requests from nonprofits that provide direct services to economically–disadvantaged families and children receive highest priority consideration.
Eligible Grant Purposes. Projects designed to produce the outcomes below within 18 months:

Ineligible Grant Purposes: Fundraising event support, Creation of new products or services, Employee development, Long-term projects (more than 18 months).
Grant Size: $5,000 to $25,000
Schedule/Application Form: Completed “Community Grant” Cover Sheet and application form will be accepted on the dates below or until all available funds are granted:

Important Limitation. The Foundation will award only one (1) Community Grant per organization during a five year period.
*Within 12 months of a significant organizational change occurring (e.g., new director, new management team.)
